Photogrammetry is what I am most passionate about. I’ve been doing it for over 5 years now and I still enjoy taking about 100 photos of one simple object for one or two hours. I am always pretty excited and happy when the model is finally calculated and ready for the next processing steps. I retopologize and remap the model at the end, bake the textures and edit the maps in Photoshop. I share the results directly on Sketchfab.
All presented scans were produced in the past 2 months.
All objects are retopologized, remapped and baked with normal maps from high poly raw scans.
This process reduces the file size to about 4% and the render time to a minimum.
Feel free to examine the uv maps, texture maps and wireframes in the 3D+2D view of the „Model Inspector“ in the lower right corner of the Sketchfab-viewer.
